Regular pads are more absorbent for the 2-3-4 days of medium flow.
Regular pads are made from made from cotton, bamboo fleece and PUL (waterproof layer) for protection.
Size to suit girls 12 and under – absorbency area 6cm x 12cm
Soak first in cold water then add to your colour washing hanging out in sun to dry thoroughly
